Shipping policy

CAN YOU EXPLAIN SHIPPING AND COSTS?

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada and Australia. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders leave our warehouse in Los Angeles, California within 1–2 business days. After that, standard shipping arrives within 1–5 business days and priority shipping within 1–2 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico take a little longer.

WHAT ABOUT ORDERS TO CANADA AND AUSTRALIA?

Delivery times vary, and your tracking will have the most accurate estimate once your order ships. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are your responsibility. These aren't included in the price you pay at checkout, and they aren't refundable if you return your order.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Email us right away at letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com. If your order hasn't left the warehouse yet, we can update it. Once it's with the carrier we're unable to reroute it, so please check your address carefully at checkout.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, email us at letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com and we'll work it through with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, see our return and refund policy.
