REFUNDS AND RETURNS

HOW DOES THE MADAME GABRIELA 30 DAY TRIAL WORK? Experience the difference with Madame Gabriela's lipstick for a full 30 days. If you're not completely in love with it, you can return it, no questions asked. To initiate a return within the 30-day trial period, please contact us at letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com within 30 days from the purchase date. Our team will guide you through the return process. Please note, you will need to send back the lipstick, whether it's empty or partially used, at your own expense. Upon receipt, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. This policy applies to all orders placed since April 13, 2020, and excludes bulk orders or purchases of more than 6 lipsticks.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To start the return process, please reach out to us at letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT? Yes, you can exchange your lipstick if you find the color isn't right for you. Please return the unused product in its original packaging. If the product is faulty, you're also eligible for a refund or replacement. Start an exchange by emailing letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com. Note: Shipping fees for returns due to a change of mind or color preference are the customer's responsibility.
