1. TERMS OF THE GIFTING OFFER
• The offer is valid once per customer (subsequent orders, placed after the initial order - are not eligible for this offer).
• The beneficiary of the gifting lipstick will receive an email informing them of the surprise kisses sent by person who placed order.
• The offer is valid from Wednesday April 1st (9AM EST) through Friday, April 3rd 2020 11:59pm (EST).
• Products purchased under this offer are not eligible for return and non refundable.
* The spirit of this initiative is to extend a gesture of kindness and thought to some one else. Orders will be reviewed and self-gifted orders may not be valid under this offer. Gift orders are fulfilled entirely at the companies sole discretion.
2. GENERAL TERMS
• No alternative usages. This gifting code is granted as part of a unique offer and is not open to other uses.• The gifting offer is personal and therefore non-transferable and has no alternative monetary value.
• The customer is responsible for and agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Madame Gabriela Co. for any harm caused by any language or information posted for delivery to a gifted recipient and in no event shall Madame Gabriela Co. be held liable.
• Please note that orders placed using the gifting offer will incur 6-7 working days delivery. This is longer than our usual service. Gifts can only be delivered in USA. Recipient of gift should be a resident of USA.
